Betty Ann Kimball passed away on April 11, 2018 at her home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday 18 April 2018.
Mrs. Kimball attended Gorham State Teachers college. She then married Dexter A. Kimball. While living in New Hampshire, she taught kindergarten and had her own private school. Betty resided in Springvale, Maine where she managed a garment factory for 20 years. She relocated to North Carolina in 1988. While, there, Betty was very active with family, friends and St. Anne’s Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by husband, Dexter A Kimball; her sister, Nancy Landry; and a brother, Danny Sutton.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Kimball Bartlett and her husband, Michael Wayne of Jacksonville, NC; her son, Kevin Dexter Kimball and his wife, Maura Farrell-Kimball of Lisbon Falls, ME. Extended family includes grandson, Jed Kevin Kimball of Cape Porpoise, ME; granddaughter, Kathleen Ann Bartlett of Jacksonville NC; and grandson, Bryon Nathanial Michael Bartlett and husband, Clayton L. Vinson of Morehead City, NC. She recently welcomed a great grandson, Easton Kimball, son of Jed and Jessica Kimball.
Family asks in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 711 Henderson, Drive, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
