John and I are very sorry to hear of Rosa's passing. She was certainly a benevolent woman who could always be counted on to look after her customers and friends. I couldn't count the number of customers for whom her final act of kindness was to style their hair at the time of their passing. She often came to the mortuary early in the morning to roll their hair, worked her regular schedule at the shop, and returned at the end of the day to style her customer's hair. She also often drove to the home of her customers, picked them up, shampooed and set their hair, and returned them safely to their homes. She was truly one of a kind. We are very saddened by her passing, but we will always treasure our memories of Rosa. Our prayers are with Lee Ann and all her family.

Dear Leighann and Michael,
Rosie was so kind and nice to me. I will never forget Rosie. She and I would have long talks on occasion. Rosie was more than ready to share her wisdom and caution you if she thought it was needed.
Here is one of my favorite benedictions: Rosie in the goodness of God you were born. And, in the providence of God you were kept all of your days. And, in the love of God fully revealed in the life, the death, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Savior, you are Redeemed, in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Thanks be to God!
