Jackie Irene Hall (Malone)



Jacksonville, NC | Jackie Irene Hall (Malone), 65, peacefully won her battle with Alzheimer's Thursday, July 13, 2017, at her residence surrounded by loved ones.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 19th at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with the Rev. James Warren officiating. Graveside service will follow at Coastal Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
Born in Philadelphia, PA., Jackie became a daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend that inspired and touched so many lives. She never met a stranger. She was known for being an avid crafter, interior decorator, fashionista and baker. She worked as a payroll technician with Marine Corps Community Services until her retirement. She possessed such a gentle spirit, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, John Malone and Ella Mae (McFadden) Malone, son, James Hall, and grandson, Conrad Hall.
Jackie is survived by the love of her life and husband of 36 years, Glenn Hall of the home; three daughters, Christine Hall, Shannon (Hall) Benefiel and Cassandra Hall, all of Jacksonville, and 7 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Ruth Lanier (Alton) of Fayetteville, NC., Toni Kerr (Rickey) of Nashville, TN., Tami Ellison (Fred) of Greenville, NC., and one brother, John Malone of Clairton, PA.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 18th from 6-8pm at Jones Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice.
